What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a state of highly focused attention, often associated with deep body relaxation. It’s interesting to know that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis and we place ourselves in these states at various times of the day. These states are called Alpha and Theta (deep/deeper).

An examples of when we do this would be when our minds wanders or “checks out” while driving, or during work meetings, watching a movie, etc. Long distance runners like myself, speak of experiencing this trance state sometimes referred to as “the flow” or “runner’s high”.

All these are relaxed, altered or transe state of consciousness.

With this new understanding, we can logically assume hypnosis is safe.

In this relaxed trance state, we can connect with your subconscious mind. That divine spark of you that has more wisdom and knowledge about you and your life plan than your more everyday self.

This relaxed trance state quiets down the analytical aspect of the mind (ego mind), which is like a comparison mechanism, analyzing new information as it enters the mind, and categorizing it as true/false, right/wrong, etc.

Hypnosis can help you heal and release past trauma and stagnate emotions trapped in your physical and energetic bodies through the act of Forgiveness.

Forgiveness is one of the most powerful force that we have within.

Hypnosis can also assist you in resolving other types of difficult life challenges, including but not limited to:

  • Help with beliefs patterns and behavioral changes

  • PTSD/Trauma Healing

  • Ancestral Healing

  • Emotional or physical challenges (ex: Anxiety/Depression/Addictions/Allergies, etc.)

  • Past Life Regression and Consciousness Exploration

  • Trauma related to ET experiences/Missing Time/Removing Implants, cords, attachments

  • Entity Removal, Entity Releasement/Clearing

Today’s science estimates that 90% of our brain’s activity is unconscious.

Meaning that 90% of the time, when we think we are acting out of free will, we are actually reacting from our subconscious. We know that the subconscious mind records and stores all of our memories and emotions.

Our body is a big repository that holds these hidden, repressed emotions. Those stored emotions may create perceptions that can sometimes make us REACT unconsciously. We can get triggered by certain people, places or things and we don’t know why.

If we don’t address this, it can start manifesting as unexplained physical or emotional symptoms in the body.
