Preparing for your session
Preparing ahead of time for your session is key in its success.
For online sessions, please prepare all your technology and the Zoom app a week ahead of time as to avoid any complications.
Choose a location where you will not be interrupted for all the duration of the session. You will be lying down and typically under blankets.
Prior to our session, please practice having the right angle for your computer camera. I will need to see your face and chest at all times.
You may need a headset. Your voice will lower as you go into trance, so having a clear headset may greatly help.
Prepare a list of 10 to 20 questions for your session that we will discuss if they need clarifications. These questions should be about YOU, and what is troubling you at this time in your life. Please keep the questions brief and to the point as we will have limited time together. Please email me your questions 48 hours before our session.
Some suggested categories for your questions:
Health issues. Ex: current physical pain/illnesses, anxiety/panic attacks/depression/addictions/allergies
Blocks in your career/relationships/emotional blocks. Ancestral lineage questions.
Spiritual/origin/life path questions.
Missing time, abduction experiences, implants.
Practice relaxation techniques prior to your session
You may already have a meditation practice which will greatly help you with your hypnosis session.
If you currently do not have a relaxation practice, here are some suggestions:
Practice mindfulness for only a few minutes at a time, and you can use a timer. During this time, choose any action and be fully present. For exemple, if you’re washing dishes, stay in the moment and pay attention to all of it… and feel the water coming down your hands and see how the flow of the water moves, and does it feel differently with the soap for exemple. Do this for a few minutes at a times, and extend the time period as it gets more and more comfortable.
Get yourself in a relaxed position and close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath and then to any part of your body where there is tension. Breathe into that space until you feel the tension lessen or dissolve. Remain in that space for as long as you can, locating any tension until your entire body is comfortably relaxed.
The days leading up to your session
Limit your use of caffeine for 2-3 days before your session. On the day of your session, have just enough to keep you from getting a caffeine headache.
Don’t drink alcohol the night before and/or the day of your session. A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other substances that alters their state of awareness. Do not take any unprescribed pills to relax you. This may jeopardize the success of the session. Take your prescription medications that you normally take.
Get a good night's sleep. Please come well rested.
Eat well but light before you come your session. Our session could go 3 hours or longer.
Our time together includes four parts:
Pre session meeting where we get to know each other and we review your questions.
Cool down period where you will get yourself in a relaxed state as I assist you in the process.
The hypnosis journey/experience.
Debriefing and reviewing the session together and closing conversation.
ZOOM Recording
Your zoom session will be recorded and I will send it to you via email following your session. It can help you remember parts you may have forgotten. Listening to it at a later time, in the safety of your home can sometimes help bring up more messages.
