My journey to hypnosis
Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Helene had her shares of ups and downs in life, just like everyone else. It was later in life when she discovered the transformational benefits of hypnosis.
After coming across videos of world-renowned hypnotherapist Alba Weinman on YouTube, Helene’s intuition strongly led her to book a session with Alba. At the time, this was nearly impossible, considering the high demand for her expertise.
Helene got super “lucky” and managed to book a session on her very first attempt.
This session proved to be a decision that changed the course of her entire life.
During her session, Helene saw herself as an extremely powerful warrior in every “past” lifetime. At that time in her life, she felt consistently discouraged and convinced that she was on her own to resolve everything. The ME-BEING that she saw under hypnosis revealed to her that she could no longer play small, and that she was extremely powerful, and never alone.
She started re-membering who she “was.”
Once she recognized the tremendous benefits of hypnosis, Helene began the process of becoming a certified practitioner in Introspective Hypnosis and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) Hypnosis.
Today, Helene is thrilled to satisfy her lifelong hope of being able to help others on a deeper level, through a line of work that she fully enjoys and brings magic to her life. She feels that becoming a hypnosis practitioner was more of a calling than a decision.
